Matcup, aka Matteo Cuppone, is an Italian musician from Lecce (South Italy), but He carries out his musical activity in Milan since 2007.
He currently plays percussions (congas, quintos, blocks, tambourine, timbales…) in an Alternative Rock Band called “099” – http://www.myspace.com/the099 . He also knows to use more of mixing & producer Software (ex.: Ableton Live, Cubase, KORG Sequencers, Traktor & more).
Matcup begins to play drums in 2000, when his friends gave it to Mat when he was 18.
In 2005, he bought 2 Congas and he started to play these percussions with Elettro-tracks, produced by himself.
Matcup loves all musical genres. But he loves to experiment the Electro-bites with the crude Rock & Funky bases.
